4. Qualified Interpreters and Translators:
We are now recruiting qualified interpreters and translators in the following languages: Nepalese, Pushto, Dari, Farsi, Sorani, Hungarian, Albanian, Punjabi, Russian, Lithuanian, Somali, Finnish, Danish, Latvian, Vietnamese, Uzbek (Afghan), Tigrinya, French, Oromo, Norwegian and Lingala. Particularly interested in qualified interpreters based in the South East.
We expect all new language associates to have one or more of the following:
Interpreters:
Diploma in Public Services Interpreting (DPSI)
Recognised Level 3 or higher qualification in Community Interpreting
Metropolitan Police Test
IND training and exam certificates
Equivalent Level Interpreting Qualification at Honors Degree level
Current clean enhanced CRB disclosure
Translators:
Diploma in Public Services Translation (DipTrans)
Masters or degree in Translation
Equivalent Level Interpreting Qualification at Honors Degree level
Current clean enhanced CRB disclosure
